Specialist injury claims mediator InterResolve is using multi-channel recruitment platform mypeoplebiz to support recruitment for its growth plans.

Initially InterResolve is using the platform to recruit 12 regional development managers.

Peter Ashdown-Barr of InterResolve says: “With all the planned growth at InterResolve, having an external partner focus our recruitment drive has been incredibly useful.  By hosting all our current methods of recruitment on one platform, the results are monitored and fed back to us rapidly. We need the best people, so using a variety of channels to attract them makes sense, including reaching candidates through social networks that are not even actively job hunting.”
