Employers in Silicon Valley will maintain a steady approach to hiring in the final quarter of 2012.

This is according to a survey of nearly 500 hiring managers in the region undertaken by West Valley Staffing Group, which finds that 56% of hiring managers expect hiring to remain steady for the rest of the year.

This is a drop from 57% this time last year, while 21% of the remaining hirers expected more recruitment activity and 23% predicted less.
