The sixth Legoland amusement park to open worldwide in the Southern state of Johor in Malaysia is creating hundreds of new jobs.

And the company also notes that this includes creative jobs in the construct of Lego models.The park is located 15km from the Singaporean border.

The company is also looking at two further sites for Asian Legolands and is looking to open up a new park every three or four years, national news agency Bernama notes.

The parks are owned by Merlin Entertainments Group, which also operates the London Eye and the Blackpool Tower among other amusement parks, rather than the Lego company itself.
