Global executive search firm Korn/Ferry International has joined forces with IBB Management Executive Search, headquartered in Casablanca, Morocco.

Through the alliance, Korn/Ferry is able to expand its reach into the Moroccan market, while IBB Management can gain access to Korn/Ferry’s global executive search network.

At the core of the alliance is a mutual exclusive referral relationship for executive search assignments. While Korn/Ferry will refer search assignments involving Morocco to IBB Management, IBB Management will refer its international business to Korn/Ferry.

Bernard Zen-Ruffinen, president of Korn/Ferry EMEA, says: “We consider Northern Africa and the Middle East a strategic growth region, and are confident that IBB Management with its strong regional presence and high-level expertise will add to our network.”

Abdelaziz Bennis, managing director of IBB Management, says: “Our alliance reflects the wish of our Moroccan and international clients who voiced their increasing need for proven professional solutions and high quality to enhance their strategic and organizational stakes in the region.”

Paul Turner, senior client partner and global alliance ambassador, Korn/Ferry: adds “The geographical position of Morocco as a bridge between Europe and Africa, and the announcement of the planned introduction of Morocco into the gulf cooperation council, constitutes key elements of success for our customers’ investments and are a means to create a triangular relation between our offices.”
