HA Group, a Japanese recruiting services company, launches global executive search company AIMS International Japan in December.

A subsidiary company of HA Group, AIMS International Japan joins the global recruiting services group AIMS International, and plans to open with five consultants.

The company will target executive personnel who can work at overseas bases, mainly for Japanese companies in Asia. It is targeting ¥200m (£1.6m) sales for the first year.

HA Group’s main business has been recruiting above management class, operated by one of its group company’s called Human Associates. Its focus has been for those who work within Japan locally.
