Executive search firm TRANSEARCH International has opened a fourth office in India.

The new office in Chennai joins those already established in New Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore.

Mohan Rajamani is a partner and heads up the team in Chennai. He has worked across diverse sectors – capital goods, power electronics, internet and HR services – and has served in key leadership positions with Ma Foi Randstad, Numeric, Wipro and Electronica.

Before joining TRANSEARCH, he was general manager with Ma Foi and was instrumental in building the energy & infrastructure vertical for the company.

He has successfully built delivery models around migration of Indian engineering talent to UK, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia and Middle East in the oil & gas.
