Around 1,000 new jobs have been created by a new designer outlet shopping mall in Northern Germany operated as a joint venture between designer outlet operator McArthurGlen and fund managers Henderson Global Investors.
The €120m (£96m) centre is situated North of Hamburg, which McArthurGlen managing director for development, Gary Bond, calls “one of the most beautiful, historic, fashion-conscious and wealthiest cities in Europe”.
