The ability of workers to tackle two or more jobs at once has become a key for Bulgarian employers in the current crisis, according to sofiaecho.com, commenting on a report from Adecco Bulgaria.
Engineers with experience in sales was a frequent demand, but while such employers essentially do two jobs, they would expect no more than one and a half salaries, according to the report.
Other employers needed individuals with enterprise resource planning (ERP), system administration and project management skills, as well as system administrators who had business analytics skills and at least one foreign language.
