Pedersen & Partners, an international executive search firm, has appointed Lukasz Urban as principal in Poland.

In his new role in the Warsaw office, Urban will be responsible for client relationship management and senior level recruitment assignments across Pedersen & Partners.

Urban joins Pedersen & Partners with more than 14 years of management experience. Previously, he held a senior position at an international executive search firm in Poland focusing on projects in professional advisory services, industrial, TMT, healthcare and capital markets sectors.
