North American executive search firm Lucas Group has appointed Keith Nemeth as managing partner of the newly launched human resources recruiting practice.

The human resources office in Dallas, Texas is the seventh HR office among Lucas Group’s 15 locations throughout the US.

Nemeth joins Lucas Group from Dal-Tile, the largest manufacturer and distributor of ceramic tile and manufactured stone in the US, where he was director of talent acquisition.

Before joining Dal-Tile, Nemeth was the owner and president of e-metier in Boca Raton, Florida, where he conducted both retained and contingent searches in the HR field for mid-senior level executives on a national and international basis.
