Retained executive search firm The Carter Group is extending its growth in Europe and Asia with the addition of a number of partners.

Earlier this month, the company launched its first international base – an office in Newbury, England, led by Iain Martindale, and with a satellite office in Bordeaux in France.

A new partner for Northern Europe, Dr Ralph Jauss, will be based in Hamburg, Germany for the DACH (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) region.

Maik Richter is based in Singapore and will serve as partner in Asia-Pacific, having previously worked in a number of countries in the Eastern Hemisphere (Japan, Korea, Thailand, Singapore) and gained extensive experience in regional business development as well as in strategic business consulting.

President and managing partner, Guy Carter, says: “As we continue to operate globally, it makes sense to expand our business outside the US.

“This expansion will also provide additional research and sourcing capabilities in Europe and Asia-Pacific, to further augment our internal resources and global capability.”
