The Institute of Business Ethics is to launch an e-learning tool - Understanding Business Ethics. 

The short course, available as a CD-Rom, aims to grow awareness of what business ethics is about and help employees understand why ethical values in the workplace matter through four interactive modules which will guide employees in recognising and dealing confidently with day-to-day ethical challenges at work.
