Any incoming government needs to do more to develop engineering talent to meet a talent shortfall in the UK’s renewable sector, according to David Spencer-Percival, chief executive at Spencer Ogden.

Spencer-Percival told Recruiter: “We need to create more engineers in this country by investing in schools and universities to make sure they are coming through. In the last ten years, most engineers have gone into financial services.”
