Leeds-based recruitment consultancy Headway Recruitment is joining forces with Bradford-based Top Recruitment to strengthen its position in the West Yorkshire region.

Father and son David and Mark Gill founded Headway in 1980, acquiring Chase Employment in 1992 and Top Recruitment in 1995.

Headway and Top Recruitment have operated independently for the past 15 years but David Gill says: “The two businesses will operate under the Headway name from the beginning of September and our new status sees the company at its largest in three decades.

“We feel the new-look, strengthened Headway Recruitment is happening at just the right time given the current climate and our significant business knowledge means we are in a strong position to support all those looking for work in the future.”
