Hays Specialist Recruitment Japan has opened an office in Shinjuku, Tokyo.

Hays Specialist Recruitment Japan has opened an office in Shinjuku, Tokyo.

The office houses a bi-lingual team of 35 consultants and is led by senior manager Adrian Jones. The team will cover accountancy and finance, sales and marketing, IT, office professionals and HR.

Hays Japan now operates from Akasaka and Shinjuku in Tokyo, and Osaka.

Hays Japan representative director Christine Wright says: “The Shinjuku launch really reflects Hays Japan’s expansion and the diversification of our client base. Local companies are focused on outbound growth and we see increased demand for qualified specialists among local employers, with a particular focus on highly qualified bilingual candidates.”
