Insurance broker Hastings Direct to create 150 new posts in 2011.

The firm says the first 60 posts will be recruited for in January 2011, with the remaining 90 new roles recruited before the summer.


The new roles are full-time equivalents and the company is happy to consider job share or part time mums, dads or students, wishing to earn extra income across the shifts, which include evenings and weekends. All applicants must be aged over 18.

Starting salary is circa £17,000 which includes an average monthly bonus payment of £300, but staff members who excel at selling regularly can earn as much as an additional £2,000 a month.
