Performance development specialist Lander Associates has appointed Helen Harvey and Moya Rylands to its senior team.

Former sales national account director, Rylands specialises in sales and account management training having worked across a broad spectrum of sectors including banking, IT and telecoms.

Harvey has worked in both senior management and consultancy roles in the recruitment sector.
