Paul, the bakers, is seeking “hardworking, smiley, engaging people” to fill 1,000 new jobs, according to HR director Esther O’Halloran. The French bakery chain announced this week that it would be creating 1,000 jobs as it opens 50 new shops in Britain over the next four years. O’Halloran told Recruiter: “We recruit for attitude not necessarily experience - hardworking, smiley, engaging people who love working in a team. We do not mind where they come from as it’s their personality that matters and their attitude to work. We currently have 46 different nationalities working in Paul.”
