Hammond Resources, a division of Rise Group, has announced the hire of four new staff as the accountancy recruiter continues to cement its brand on Scotland’s marketplace.

Its new recruits join the Edinburgh and Glasgow offices from a variety of traditional and online staffing businesses, Hammond says.

Rise spokesman Adam Gordon says: “We have ambitious plans for growth and while there are significant challenges ahead for everybody in the commercial sector, we firmly believe that well-run, well-capitalised businesses that have a solid work ethic and unfaltering focus on client service will prosper.”

Gordon also suggested that Rise will continue on the acquisition trail “both in Scotland and further afield”.
