Paula Wilson-Parker, founder and registered manager at Availl, told Recruiter: “It would be fantastic to offer free funding for NVQ 3 qualifications. At the moment it stops at level Level 2 and for staff who want to improve the care they provide, it’s extremely difficult for them to fund themselves.”
