Goodman Masson appoints new chief executive

Specialist recruiter Goodman Masson has appointed Guy Hayward as chief executive.

Outgoing chief executive Avi Bradman will assume the role of executive chairman.

Hayward said: "11 years’ experience within the recruitment industry and still candidates, clients and future colleagues tell me there is little difference between all the major professional services and recruitment businesses. That message is the catalyst behind my decision to join Goodman Masson.”

Hayward went on to say that he looked forward to furtheing the profile of the Goodman Masson brand in their chosen markets, both in the UK and across the globe.
