GCS Recruitment launches banking & finance division

GCS Recruitment Specialists has formed a new banking & financial services division.

GCS Recruitment Specialists has formed a new banking & financial services division.

The company says this is in response to a growing demand for sector specialists, in particular to fill critical roles in the areas of risk, regulation and compliance.

The new division will by led by John Kennedy (pictured right), whose recruitment experience covers positions at SThree, Hudson, Hays and Huntswood.

Kennedy says: “The financial services industry is facing considerable upheaval and there is an increasing demand for people to work in areas which will restore confidence and introduce stability.

“It is proving hard for organisations to find the qualified and experienced staff they need to implement the requirements of initiatives such as Solvency II. With our depth of knowledge, we can source the talent needed to help banks and insurers meet their obligations.”
