Website recommends employers decide on freelancer fees
A site representing the freelance PR and Marketing community has recommended that employers decide on how much to pay freelancers recruited from the site.

Employers that rate the service 10 out of 10 are asked to leave £100, 5 out of 10 £50, though payment is completely discretionary.

Richard Pendergast, director at NetworkFreelance.co.uk, said: “We've always believed the flat fee model was fundamentally flawed and this is our way of offering a fairer alternative. We know it's a new concept so we've suggested examples to help employers decide on how much to pay.”
