Are you the Vieira of your office?

Are you the Patrick Vieira or the Cristiano Ronaldo of your office? This is the question posed by a new survey.

The survey, from office and secretarial recruiters Office Angels, found that 47% of respondents thought that they were good multi-taskers with great organisational skills, traits associated with Vieira.

One in five saw themselves as Cristiano Ronaldo, good at working under pressure and achieving results.

Over a quarter (27%) did not think they had ever worked in a firm with the correct formation, while 71% thought they were the most important person in the team.

David Clubb, managing director of Office Angels, said: “There is not one single position in a team that is more important than another. An effective and successful team relies on a combination of different skills and competencies working together to display new ideas and achieve results. A manager should place importance on finding the ‘dream team’ and working on ways to ensure they keep the winning formation.”
