Research from fish4jobs shows companies are having a harder time recruiting
According to research from online jobs board fish4jobs, companies are having a harder time recruiting with 64% of those surveyed having difficulties because of lower budgets.
The number of direct employers who use jobs boards has increased by 8% to 65%, over the last year.
Joe Slavin, chief executive officer of fish4jobs, said: "It is evident that recruiters are being more cautious with their money, but recruitment will continue to be an important cost unless the jobs market slows down."
