Finance recruiter rebrands after customer research

Cambridge and Peterborough-based Sphere Financial Recruitment has undergone a rebrand after customers persuaded them they needed a greater range of services.

The recruiter commissioned research among its client base, its candidates and staff, and discovered that not only were employers keen to cut down on the numbers of individual suppliers they dealt with, but would welcome the company’s development into other related services.

The result of the feedback is the launch of The One Group, a company that will continue to offer specialist financial recruitment but which will also be offering a portfolio of new services including training and development, staff-retention programmes and executive search.

Tristan Drane, company director, said: “The overwhelming conclusion was re-branding to The One Group would give us a strong platform on which to grow the business.

“The new look better reflects who we are and what we want to achieve.  It also enables us to clarify our position in the market, build strong brand recognition and at the same time put clear distance between us and our competition.”
