Regional aerospace and defence trade association Farnborough Aerospace Consortium and career management, training and consultancy Winchester Consulting have launched an online recruitment portal for the UK aerospace and defence industries.

The portal enables aerospace and defence businesses to access the people and skills essential to their prosperity and ensuring that individuals can fulfil their potential through the vacancies and training opportunities made available. 

Access to the website will be closely regulated and all recruiters will be subject to a stringent authorisation process.
