Speaking at the launch of the Employers Network for Equality and Inclusion (enei), diversity champion Sir Trevor Phillips has urged an end to the view that “employers are bad guys in red braces who don’t want women to prosper”.
Phillips, the chair of the Equality and Human Rights Commission, adds: “My experience of most big employers and indeed many small employers is that they want their businesses to feel like places where […] anyone can prosper.”
