Employers can now access a ’survival guide’ to help them navigate complex new equality laws passed last month.

The guide, launched as part of a series of seminars held in DLA Piper offices across the UK, coverS new provisions to allow employers to favour job applicants from under represented ethnic groups, while also limiting their ability to ask questions about a candidate’s health.
