More than half (56%) of design and digital employees intend to change job, up from 38% in 2009, according to research from Fairley & Associates, Gabriele Skelton and On Pointe Marketing.

The report also reveals a change in the way digital professionals work. Last year, 95% of respondents were in permanent employment, 5% were freelancing and 0.4% were out of work, while this year 69% of respondents are permanent employees, 26% freelancing and 5% unemployed.
