Global staffing service Manpower, which operates in more than 80 countries, is set to acquire CRI, a specialised process outsourcing provider. The new business will operate under the name Manpower Business Solutions.
BUPA picks Ochre
Ochre House, which specialises in recruitment process outsourcing, has been chosen by BUPA to manage recruitment for its health insurance business. BUPA said the selection was due Ochre's "ability to meet both specialist and volume resourcing needs".
Gap Personnel grabs Castle
Gap Personnel has acquired Yorkshire's Castle Recruitment in a deal said to be worth £2m in annual revenue. The deal gives Gap Personnel a foothold in Yorkshire although it is considering opening further offices in the region.
Quorum bought out
London-based Quorum International has been bought by Kenexa, provider of worldwide outsourcing solutions. Quorum provides recruitment services to multinational firms in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Kenexa's CEO Rudy Karsan said: "This acquisition enables Kenexa to provide continued local support and expanded services to our growing client base in these regions."
