Global executive search firm CTPartners has opened a Dubai office as part of its expansion in the Middle East.

Global executive search firm CTPartners has opened a Dubai office as part of its expansion in the Middle East.

Russell Adam is appointed managing director of the new office. He joins from global executive search firm Odgers Berndtson, where he was a partner in the Dubai office, and has been based in the United Arab Emirates since 2007.

Russell has worked across the UAE for both international and local clients within the financial services, sovereign wealth funds and private equity industries. He has completed board and senior management-level assignments for the Gulf Co-operation Council, and throughout West Africa and Pakistan.
