Executive search firm Norman Broadbent has entered into a strategic partnership with interim management provider Alium Partners.
Executive search firm Norman Broadbent has entered into a strategic partnership with interim management provider Alium Partners.
The partnership, which will be exclusive and will involve no initial capital or branding requirements, supersedes the previous joint venture of Norman Broadbent with Russam GMS, dissolved in March this year, when Norman Broadbent assumed full control of the business by mutual agreement.
Sue O’Brien, chief executive of Norman Broadbent’s UK search business, says: “We are delighted to welcome Alium Partners as our new strategic partner for the provision of board level interim executives.”
Mike Hollin, CEO of Alium Partners, says: “Norman Broadbent is the perfect partner for us. Increasingly, organisations are making the strategic decision to turn to senior interim executives for the leadership and implementation of change management programmes, rather than management consultants, and we expect this trend to continue.”
