US temporary workforce provider Kelly Services has announced the acquisition of Brazilian temporary, permanent and executive recruiter Tradição Tecnologia e Serviços.

US temporary workforce provider Kelly Services has announced the acquisition of Brazilian temporary, permanent and executive recruiter Tradição Tecnologia e Serviços.

Tradição has 13 branches across Brazil.

Pedro Caldas and Sergio Valentim, the founders of the firm, remain involved with the company “for a transition period”, according to a press release issued by Kelly Services.

Michael Webster, executive vice president and general manager of Kelly Services across the Americas, says: “This acquisition extends Kelly’s global reach in a very robust and emerging economic market.”

Caldas adds: “Kelly’s experience and reach into professional and technical talent will provide employment options for degreed, experienced talent across a variety of industries, from science and IT to engineering and finance.”
