Clearwater Corporate Finance has advised recruitment outsourcing and talent management business provider Ochre House on the sale of its subsidiary Parkside Recruitment to global recruiter Antal International.
 
Partner Marcus Archer led the deal team for Clearwater supported by director Karen Edwards.
