International operational consultancy Celerant Consulting has signed an in-sourced recruitment services agreement with cph.

RPO provider cph is developing and managing a direct sourcing model for recruiting new management consultants and business development specialists across Europe.

Alison Hodgson, Celerant’s EMEA HR director, says: “The contract with cph follows a review of our recruitment and resourcing activities, which they helped us to carry out. They are now implementing a number of the recommendations, including providing us with a much stronger candidate direct sourcing capability.”
