Global talent management solutions provider StepStone Solutions is to deploy its modular solution within the PSA Peugeot Citroën group.

The implementation forms part of Group PSA Peugeot Citroën’s ‘Global HR’ project, which aims to consolidate the process of HR development and the manufacturer’s new Human Resource Information System (HRIS).

This collaboration optimises processes for performance management, recruitment, internal mobility and career planning for executives, technicians and supervisors in more than 30 countries.
