Multi-sector recruiter Smart Solutions Recruitment has been appointed by recycling firm SCA Recycling UK (SCA) to provide employees for its new £15m materials recycling facility in Southampton.

The two-year contract sees Smart provide agency labour in quality pickers and operatives roles, while Smart will be opening dedicated premises at the site to manage the contract workforce directly.
