Public sector recruiter and outsourced services provider Servoca has acquired the business, trade and assets of nursing recruiter Phoenix Employment Services.

Under the agreement,? Servoca will pay £0.99m, of which £0.78m relates to the debtor book, £0.17m for goodwill and the remaining £0.04m associated with business, trade and other assets of Phoenix. As Servoca is only buying the business, trade and assets, it will take on none of Phoenix’s liabilities.
