Domiciliary care provider Phoenix Employment Services has been acquired by provider of healthcare professionals Servoca. 

Domiciliary care provider Phoenix Employment Services has been acquired by provider of healthcare professionals Servoca. 

Phoenix operations manager, David Mitchell, says the firm will retain its team of 23 professionals as well as its name.

Mitchell says: “The merger enables us to add further value and scale to the business – for example, we can now take advantage of sophisticated and fast compliance systems that Servoca has invested in on a national basis. This will give us greater capability to spread our resources further while enhancing our ability to react quickly to local need.”
