IT staffing solutions specialists Redrock Consulting has agreed a partnership with an overseas US and India-based ecommerce platform Advanced Technology Group (ATG) consultancy McFadyen.

In partnership with McFadyen, Redrock will give UK e-tailers access to an unrivalled talent pool of cost-effective and highly experienced onshore, offshore and nearshore ATG services and resources.

To help businesses and HR professionals look for such candidates, Redrock has launched a new online resource portal called Redrock Central where clients can search for their desired contractors based on their skills, availability or location making searches easier and much more efficient.

“One of the biggest headaches up to now has been the shortage of ATG skills and high quality, cost-effective service providers in the UK market,” says Redrock director Ben Curnock. “We’ve been working on a solution for a while, and we’ve found not one but two. Through us, clients can either commission ATG projects on a fixed price basis, which can be delivered remotely by the specialists at McFadyen, or they can source a team of highly qualified ATG contractors to deliver work on or offshore under their own management.”
