Global airport car rental fim The Hertz Corporation has selected talent management solutions provider Peopleclick Authoria to improve its performance, succession and compensation goals.

Hertz will implement Peopleclick Authoria Performance, Peopleclick Authoria Compensation and Peopleclick Authoria Development & Succession over the coming months.

With around 8,200 locations in 146 countries, Hertz needed a global solution with scalable and configurable capabilities which could replace the disparate talent management solutions deployed internationally.
