Network of regional job boards MyJobGroup.co.uk has agreed a deal with video technology specialist Sonru to distribute its automated video tool.

The tool works by recruiters posting an interview online (giving the time allowed to read and answer each question) and sending an emailed invitation to relevant candidates.

Using a webcam, candidates answer interview questions, while recruiters are then free to review the video responses at their convenience.

Mark Riley, marketing manager of MyJobGroup.co.uk, says: “We are thrilled to have sole job board distribution rights to this game-changing tool and look forward to hearing about the resultant improvements for recruiters as they make use of Sonru’s technology via our extensive network of job boards.”
