Salon services firm KPSS has partnered with recruitment platform MyPeopleBiz to develop its new recruitment portal.

The partnership aims to further enhance the KPSS employer brand, as well as improving the recruitment function and managing the overall cost.

MyPeopleBiz has developed a recruitment portal http://www.mypeoplebiz.com/whatisarecruitmentportal.aspx, accessible through the KPSS’s own corporate site, which includes parsing technology for easier CV search and registration.

The site attracts direct candidates and has the ability to create talent databases and referral schemes to tap into the growth of social media, in addition to managing agency suppliers.
