Recruitment giant Hays has been appointed managed services provider for all temporary staff by Northamptonshire County Council.

The two-year contract sees Hays responsible for managing the placements of professionals within a number of departments including finance, procurement, HR and information technology, in addition to qualified and unqualified social workers.
