Antal International has agreed a joint venture with legal recruitment expert John Lacey to form a specialist consultancy called Austin Knight Legal.

Lacey has more than 20 years of legal recruitment experience, during which time he has placed partners, associates and teams covering a range of disciplines and has assisted law firms in developing local capability in new markets across the globe.

Lacey says: “I am delighted to be spearheading the operation at Austin Knight.

“Law firms and candidates are, quite rightly, making more demands on the industry’s service providers and many are simply not able to deliver, being entrenched in an outdated methodology. Invariably, this regurgitation of the same process is falling many miles short of both candidate and client requirements.

“Antal has an established global infrastructure, a highly respected name and a long history in the recruitment sector – that’s an excellent framework to help Austin Knight develop and grow.”
