Love is increasingly in the air for contact centre workers, according to new research.

Love is increasingly in the air for contact centre workers, according to new research.

The research, from multi-sector recruiter Rise Group, shows that 72% of contact centre workers have had a relationship with someone at work, while 46% of contact centre staff met their current partner in the office.

However, 36% of contact centre staff admitted they had suffered an unhappy experience on the back of failed love.
