HR candidate confidence is growing in London, according to June’s ‘Talent Spotlight’ from Badenoch & Clark.

Operations director HRSarah Wynn says: “The London HR market is growing in confidence. The permanent market is showing greater activity and organisations are exhibiting more urgency to recruit with faster processes, made easier by talented professionals feeling more confident to move.

“The Midlands and the North are seeing a lot of demand for in-house recruiters. This is being driven by the desire to keep costs down, but demand is also being borne out by inhouse recruitment professionals feeling more confident to leave existing roles to pursue new opportunities. Recruitment roles are particularly busy in financial services and oil & gas sectors.”
