Solutions Driven, the Glasgow headquartered EMEA search firm, has opened a new office in the heart of the City of London.

The Leadenhall Street office will initially focus on financial services & IT, while increasing the company’s ability to service both existing and new clients in the London region and internationally.

Wayne Mason has been appointed financial services practice lead, EMEA at the firm’s new site. Mason, formerly head of financial services at Alexander Hughes, will lead senior appointments in financial services, private equity and asset management.

Solutions Driven has also added to its Glasgow-based recruitment team with the following appointments:

• Debbie Wilson, formerly divisional manager at FPSG, is head of Solutions Driven Care business unit

• Eilidh Grader and Colette Kerr are team leaders

• Rory Stewart joins as consultant.
