Chadick Ellig joins IIC Partners

International executive search organisation IIC Partners has added New York City’s

International executive search organisation IIC Partners has added New York City’s Chadick Ellig to its ranks, taking the number of member firms to 53 across 37 countries.

Retained search firm Chadick Ellig’s clients range in size from Fortune 500 corporations to mid-cap and private entrepreneurial companies. It is retained for positions from CEO, president and board directors to management and functional roles across diversified financial services, human resources, business and professional services. More than 50% of placements are diversity hires.

Joint chief executives Susan L Chadick and Janice Reals Ellig said they chose IIC Partners over other search organisations because of cultural fit.

Ellig said: “As a boutique version of some of the larger firms, clients come to us expecting the same level of service — if not better. They need us to have a global reach and IIC Partners provides that without the ‘off limits’ issues that large search firms often have because of their size.”
